I have been in the automotive and RV field for many years holding several different positions all related to the Service Department. Our focus at Seaway Hyundai remains to be customer service as we feel the Sales Department sells the first vehicle but the Service Department sells the next one! Being a top 20 Dealer in Customer Satisfaction across Canada is what drives us to be the best and offer the highest level of customer service possible. I am born and raised in the Cornwall area and I’m all about family. I became the General Manager of the store in 2007 and the growth of this store has been astonishing. My main duty is to make sure our technicians have all the parts they request in a timely manner so we can get the vehicles in and out of the shop efficiently. I started out as a Parts Manager, moved into a Service Advisor role, and eventually became an RV Service Technician. That experience gave me a strong foundation in both customer service and technical support, which I bring to my work every day at Seaway Hyundai. Outside of work, I’m a proud husband to my amazing wife Shawna, and a dad to two awesome kids, Mikayla and Rylan. They definitely keep me on my toes!
